This small group is a ladies’ Bible study, focusing on the book of James the the powerful, practical advice it gives to living a life of faith. The book of James is short but powerful. James has stirred up many theological controversies especially regarding faith and works. The church’s influence on the world provided the background for this letter. But James’ real concern was how much the world was influencing the church. We’ll see how James addressed that theme in various ways throughout the book. James is a thought provoking study that will radically impact our lives. The class will meet on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 am to 10:45 am on April 16th through May 14th. Childcare is provided.
