The late Oswald Chambers once taught us that, “Prayer does not fit us for the greater work; prayer is the greater work.” Just as with most things of value, prayer takes time to learn. Prayer, like a muscle, or our ability to truly love, requires time and intentionality to learn, develop and strengthen. The more we pray the stronger our “prayer muscles” can become.
The movie “War Room” reminded us that there are right and wrong ways to fight, just as there are successful strategies to praying. This Sunday as we continue in our Vision Series “We Can’t Stay Here” we will be walking through some really foundational principles on prayer that can change your life, your relationships, and your walk with God.
